Prashant Raghu is the Director of Process Engineering at Micron Technology Inc., where they lead process technology development in thin film deposition, surface preparation, and other advanced memory technologies. Since 2021, Prashant has championed innovative processes and energy sustainability for DRAM and NAND products, in addition to developing new leaders in the field. With prior experience at Intel Corporation and Texas Instruments, they have contributed to significant advancements in packaging integration and wet processing techniques. Prashant earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UDCT/UICT, Mumbai, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
