Ofelia Sippa is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Europe at Micron Technology since July 2022. With extensive experience in employee engagement and organizational development, Ofelia previously held various roles at Korn Ferry from April 2015 to July 2022, including Project Manager for Employee Engagement Surveys and Associate Director for Total Rewards & Organisation in Italy. Earlier career highlights include managing employee engagement initiatives at Servicio de Impuestos Internos and serving as a Human Resources Specialist at BancoEstado Microempresas. Ofelia holds an MBA in Luxury Management from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales.
