Junggil (Jay) Kim is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Director at Micron Technology since November 2023, Junggil has been a Senior Engineering Manager at Micron Semiconductors since May 2018, leading a team of 30 engineers in managing NPI readiness for DRAM products. Junggil’s background includes roles as a Staff Engineer at Synaptics Incorporated, where innovations in packaging processes and structure development for sensors were achieved, as well as a position at LSI, focusing on assembly operations and NPI support.
