Gokul Kumar is a global semiconductor leader with over 15 years of experience in memory product development, currently serving as Senior Director of Semiconductor Package Development at Micron Technology. They lead a diverse team focused on advancing memory system integration for next-generation technologies. Gokul is also an adjunct professor and industry advisor, actively mentoring future semiconductor talent, and holds a doctorate in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech, along with multiple patents and publications in the field. Furthering their contributions to education, Gokul serves as a Guest Professor of Practice at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar.
