Franco Faonio, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, is an experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Security Principal Project Manager at Micron Technology, where they lead large-scale projects focused on IT operations and infrastructure. With over a decade of experience managing million-dollar portfolios, Franco specializes in blending traditional and Agile project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes. They have held various pivotal roles at Micron, overseeing IT initiatives and compliance projects, and have a strong engineering background from their time at Texas Instruments and service as an Officer in the Italian Army. Franco earned an MBA in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Università di Pisa. Currently, they are pursuing a certification in Artificial Intelligence to enhance their project management skills.
