Jenighi Powell, PMP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and policy analysis. Jenighi currently works as a Project Controller at MicroHealth, where they are responsible for overseeing project finances and ensuring their successful completion. Prior to this, Jenighi served as a Lead Policy Analyst at Tecolote Research for six years, where they managed various tasks related to cost assessment data enterprise. In this role, they provided updates to official instructions, coordinated the renewal process of data item descriptions, and briefed leadership on updates. Jenighi also worked as an Executive Assistant at the United States Department of Defense for five years, providing administrative support to executives. Earlier in their career, Jenighi was an Associate at 3 Click Solutions, where they provided programmatic support to principals and clients. Their responsibilities included researching, analyzing, and preparing recommendations on environmental and international issues, monitoring legislation, and maintaining financial records. Throughout their career, Jenighi has demonstrated their ability to contribute to the success of organizations through their strong project management and analytical skills.

Jenighi Powell, PMP, holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Policy Studies from George Mason University. Jenighi completed their graduate education from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a Journalism minor from Texas Christian University. Their undergraduate studies were carried out between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Jenighi has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
