Ajay Jejurikar is currently serving as the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund since September 2022, having previously held the positions of VP of Acquisitions and Investment Analyst within the same organization. Ajay gained experience as a Real Estate Acquisitions Summer Analyst at Sculptor Capital Management and Silverpeak in 2024 and 2023, respectively, and completed a similar role at Dayton Street Partners LLC in 2022. Responsibilities have included underwriting a variety of industrial real estate assets and conducting extensive market research to identify potential acquisitions. Ajay is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hinsdale Central High School.
