Xavier Saintigny has extensive experience in the rubber materials field, primarily with Michelin since September 1998, where Xavier currently serves as Senior Fellow Rubber Materials, focusing on research and development expertise management. Throughout the career at Michelin, Xavier has held several leadership roles, including Research and Development Team Leader for both tread compounds and tire belts, and served as Material Research and Development Manager for plies and belts. Prior to this, Xavier worked as a Theoretical Chemistry Researcher at Total Raffinage Distribution. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and a Master of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from Swansea University.
