Ramona Neicu has extensive experience in financial and business management, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Manager for Automotive Regional Brands at Michelin from October 2024 to January 2022. Prior roles at Michelin include Industrial Controlling Manager, where Ramona managed a team of 24 FTEs across Germany, France, and the UK, and as a Business Controller with German, responsible for financial reporting and budget oversight. Earlier experience includes positions at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Oracle, and GENPACT LLC, focusing on analytics, accounts receivable, and cash application processes. Ramona holds a Master’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, a Master's degree in The Culture and Language of European Organizations, and a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bucharest.
