Tanya Currie is the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Michael Baker International, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Tanya worked at AECOM from 2001 to 2019, where they progressed through various roles including Senior Manager of Human Resources, VP of Human Resources for the West Region, and Global Lead for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. They were also a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas and served as VP of Talent Acquisition, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Tanya began their career as a Learning & Growth Assistant at Deloitte from 2000 to 2001 and is currently pursuing education at Wilfrid Laurier University.
