The Coaching Team at Miami University Department of Athletics is responsible for developing and executing training programs, guiding student-athletes in their technical and tactical growth, and fostering a winning and supportive culture that aligns with the department’s core values of education, collaboration, community, competitive excellence, and love & honor. This diverse team, comprising Head Coaches, Associate Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Athletic Trainers, and various support staff, works collectively to ensure student-athletes achieve peak performance both academically and athletically.

The Athletic Administration team at Miami University Department of Athletics is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the athletics program. This team manages business operations, ticket sales, communications, marketing, and development efforts to support and enhance the athletic department's goals.
