Dr. Fred Seamon is the Executive Vice President at MGT Consulting Group, where they manage strategic account and business development, as well as project execution across the firm's service offerings. With nearly 20 years of experience in disparity studies, Dr. Seamon has directed numerous multi-agency projects and is recognized for expertise in strategic planning for government agencies and nonprofit organizations. They have previously held roles as Senior Partner, Partner, and Practice Area Director for Management Services at MGT, and have served as a Social Worker and Advisement Coordinator earlier in their career. Dr. Seamon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, a Master of Social Work, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration at Florida State University.
