Christopher A. Dion currently serves as the Director of Public Safety for MassMutual Center / MGM Springfield, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Christopher held various roles at MGM Springfield, including Public Safety Manager and Security Special Events and Projects Manager, overseeing public safety operations and developing security policies for events. Prior to this, Christopher was a Deputy Warden at the Connecticut Department of Correction, managing security and operations at adult male correctional institutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from American International College, Christopher has extensive experience in public safety, security management, and event oversight.
