Tatyana Chichulina is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and HR Brand at MGCom since 2022. Previously, Tatyana held roles including HR Recruitment Manager at Delivery Club and HR Recruitment Manager at GeekBrains, where they focused on recruiting digital marketing experts and managing onboarding processes. Tatyana has also contributed to graduate recruitment initiatives and HR branding projects, further strengthening partnerships with business stakeholders. Tatyana earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
