Mira Armstrong, PE, is a civil engineer based in New York City, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Construction Management at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. With experience in both private and public construction, Mira has worked on impactful projects including the Moynihan Station and Hunts Point Interstate Access Improvement Project.
