Zainu Goba has a wide range of experience in recruitment and administration. Zainu has worked as an Outreach Recruitment Lead at the Metropolitan Police, actively recruiting for various vacancies. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Officer at Moorfields Eye Hospital, where they handled application processing and pre-employment checks. Zainu also worked as a Resourcing Officer at G4S, providing recruitment services to clients in the public and private sectors. Additionally, Zainu gained experience as a Recruitment Administrator and Data Administrator at NHS England, where they supported application tracking and processing and maintained HR recruitment systems.

Zainu Goba attended Bexley College from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Business Studies and obtained a BETEC degree. They later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Greenwich from 2007 to 2010.
