Darren Cox is the Chief Inspector at the Metropolitan Police, a role they have held since 2014, following a diverse career in various policing positions throughout London. Their extensive experience includes emergency response, crime management, and overseeing public order operations, as well as serving as a Staff Officer at New Scotland Yard. Additionally, Darren is an ambassador for The Matt Ratana Rugby Foundation, where they support initiatives aimed at empowering young people through rugby. They hold a postgraduate diploma in Police Leadership & Management from the University of Warwick, a Master of Arts in Criminology & Social Policy from The Open University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Queen Mary, University of London.
