Tiffany Leigh Crowe is the Associate Director of Public Grants at Metropolitan Family Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, government and private grant writing, and fundraising. Previously, as a Senior Grant Writer, they contributed to securing over $90 million in annual grant awards. Tiffany has held various leadership roles, including Development Manager at Sharing Connections Furniture Bank and Associate Director of Development & Marketing at Community Support Services, where they significantly increased fundraising. They hold a BS in Psychology from Bradley University and are pursuing an MS in Public Service Administration at DePaul University.
