Kathleen Joy De Guzman currently serves as a Senior Manager and Data Analyst at Metrobank since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) from October 2018 to July 2025, where positions included Head of Data Science-Business Solutions and Department Head of Data Analytics - Business Analytics Advisory. In these roles, Kathleen led a team focused on data analytics advisory services, predictive model development, and campaign analytics across various banking products and services. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Lecturer at Tarlac State University in August 2018. Kathleen holds a Master of Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, majoring in Economics with a minor in Psychology, also from the University of the Philippines. Early education was completed at Ecumenical Christian College.
