They began their career at Galaxy Cable, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative and progressed to leadership roles, developing expertise in project management, business analysis, and operational efficiency. Jimmy earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University and holds an Associate of Arts in Business from West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
