Teresa has extensive experience in learning and development, having served in various roles including Director of Enterprise Learning & Leadership at Metrolinx, Director of Education at Oxford Learning Centre, Senior Learning Consultant, and National Manager of Learning and Development at BDO Canada, as well as eLearning and Instructional Design Specialist at University Health Network. Responsibilities have included designing innovative learning solutions, strategizing enrollment growth, and implementing learning initiatives to align with business objectives.
