Heather Parsons, a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), brings extensive experience in commercial management and vendor operations, with a career spanning over two decades. Since August 2013, Heather has held multiple roles at Metrolinx, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Commercial Management - Commercial Practice, following previous positions such as Director of Commercial Management and Manager of Vendor Performance. Prior to Metrolinx, Heather was with CPP Investment Board as Manager of Vendor Operations and with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) as a Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Specialist. Heather began their career at BMO Financial Group as a Hardware Sourcing Specialist. Educationally, Heather holds an Honours BA in Psychology and Sociology from York University and has earned certification from the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA).
