Marcela Della Paolera has over two decades of experience in external auditing, having worked with Andersen and Ernst & Young from 1993 to 2006, primarily focusing on audits for insurance, service, and health companies. Currently, Marcela serves as the Vice President and Head of Audit for Latin America at MetLife, where they oversee regional internal audit functions. Marcela holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, along with a Master's in Corporate Finance from Universidad del CEMA and a postgraduate degree in Management Development from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
