Karim El Mallah is currently leading Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Protection at MetLife Gulf, having previously held various roles within the company, including Deputy Head of Business Development and Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to their tenure at MetLife, Karim worked as a Tax and Legal Consultant at PwC from 2015 to 2017. They are an honours graduate from the Lebanese American University, where they completed their degree between 2017 and 2020. Known for a collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills, Karim effectively engages with stakeholders to drive results and build consensus.
