Sheena Nayak, CAMS, has extensive experience in sanctions compliance and regulatory programs. Nayak's career includes serving as Director and Deputy OFAC Officer at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from April 2018 to June 2021, as well as a tenure as Vice President of Sanctions Compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Enforcement Investigations Officer at the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control from June 2003 to August 2007, and as a Junior Officer at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs in early 2009. Nayak has held multiple positions at Meta, currently as Director and Global Head of Sanctions and Regulatory Compliance Programs since October 2023, with previous roles including Sanctions Program Manager at Facebook in 2021 and Head of Sanctions at Meta from October 2021 to September 2022. Additional experience includes a Manager position at EY from July 2014 to October 2015 and a Sanctions Investigator role at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from December 2009 to July 2014. Nayak earned a BA from American University and an MA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
