Mihaela Aura Mihalache is a skilled network engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting career at RCS&RDS from May 2012 to February 2015, Mihaela worked in various technical roles, including Network Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, focusing on IP/MPLS services, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale networks. Mihaela further enhanced expertise as an IP Design Engineer for Three Ireland from July 2017 to February 2018, where responsibilities included providing IP connectivity and designing resilient systems. Currently, Mihaela serves as a Network Deployment Engineer at Meta since September 2019, building on a foundation of solid education with a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Networks and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software and Telecommunication Networks from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
