Lauren B. Wong is a Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with a diverse background in leadership development, organizational change management, instructional design, and program management. Currently, Lauren partners with Meta in leadership development and organizational effectiveness since 2021. Previously, Lauren worked in learning and development at Google from 2012 to 2024 and served as a Senior Consultant for Organization & People at IBM Global Services from 2009 to 2012. Lauren also has experience as a Special Education Teacher with the NYC Department of Education from 2004 to 2007. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Education from Long Island University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Amherst College.
