Lauren Adams Lenz is a seasoned graphic designer and product design leader with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Beginning as a graphic designer at Zephyr Printing & Design and the City of Iowa City, Lauren transitioned to freelance work that included projects for the Baltimore City Health Department and Johns Hopkins Children's Center. As a product designer at Change.org, Lauren led user research and interface design projects. Subsequently, positions at Meta spanned from Product Designer to Director of Product Design, focusing on areas such as Cross-Meta Integrity and Social Impact. In addition, Lauren engaged in academia as an adjunct professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art and contributed to significant social design initiatives. Educational credentials include an MFA in Graphic Design from The Maryland Institute College of Art, a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Iowa, and studies in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
