Nathaniel Donley has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Nathaniel started their career at NewCloud Networks in 2013 as a Jr Network Engineer, where they provided NOC support, troubleshooted Tier 1 issues, and deployed VoIP technologies and networking equipment. In 2015, they joined OPTIMUM NETWORKING as a Desktop Support Technician II, where they were responsible for troubleshooting tier I & II tickets in a multi-customer, multi-OS environment. Nathaniel also had experience with technologies such as Office365, ConnectWise, Barracuda, DUO, Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Mac Desktop, Virtual hosts, Virtual client, and Labtech. Additionally, they handled Active Directory account creation and access management for users.
