Christie Cosky has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. In their current role as an Associate Manager of Software Engineering at MeridianLink, they conduct interviews for off-shore hires, handles onboarding despite significant time differences, and focuses on improving efficiency in onboarding processes. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineer IV at MeridianLink, where they successfully brought the development team together after transitioning to remote work and organized appreciation days to celebrate work anniversaries.

Before joining MeridianLink, Christie worked at TazWorks LLC as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, contributing to the development team from 2011 to 2020. Christie was actively involved in creating surveys to appreciate team members and shared survey results privately on their work anniversaries. Christie has also worked as a Software Engineer at LDS Church in 2011, where they created a webservice for document storage, and at Flip Design as a Senior Software Engineer in 2010, where they played key roles in major projects, including database splitting and extensive testing.

Christie's career began at RentPayment as a Java Developer, followed by Brigham Young University as a PHP Developer. Christie also gained experience as a Web Developer at Stone Homes. Overall, Christie Cosky has demonstrated a strong background in software engineering positions and has actively contributed to team building, employee appreciation, and process improvements throughout their career.

Christie Cosky completed their high school education at Bear Creek High School from 1996 to 2000. Christie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2004.
