José Elodie Banhoro is a dynamic project manager and development specialist with proven expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and scaling collaborative learning and adaptation (CLA) within USAID-funded projects in Niger and Burkina Faso. With seven years of experience in complex development programs in the Sahel, José Elodie has successfully designed and facilitated engaging CLA activities and training sessions that have reached over 170 USAID project members. Currently serving as a Champion Safeguarding at Mercy Corps, José Elodie supports safeguard initiatives while continuing to enhance capacity building strategies for resilience and knowledge management. They hold a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Project Management from Université Aube Nouvelle - ISIG International.
