Rustum Bharucha is currently the Group Director at Mercuri Urval, where they lead the global talent acquisition and leadership advisory efforts. With a solid foundation in sales and business development, Rustum previously served as Sales Director at Wordsworth Advertising and held various roles within the events sector, including Sponsorship Manager at Euromoney and Senior Sales at Haymarket Publishing. They have also made significant contributions to the Professional Risk Managers'​ International Association as Chair of the London Chapter. Rustum earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
