Sean McCudden is an Associate Director in Vaccine Packaging Tech Ops at Merck, leveraging 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sean began their career in a two-year rotational program at Merck, gaining expertise in commercialization, development engineering, and supply chain management. They subsequently advanced to roles involving sterile liquid vaccine technical operations and logistics, where Sean led significant cost-saving projects and implemented Lean Six Sigma principles. Currently, Sean manages a team focused on deviation management in vaccine manufacturing, striving to enhance operational efficiencies while maintaining product quality. Sean holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
