Matt Studney is the Vice President of Merck Research Laboratories Information Technology, where they drive and realize value from prioritized information technology investments, partnering with the Research Leadership Team to enhance scientific breakthroughs. Previously, Studney served as the Executive Director and managed the R&D Project Management Office at Merck, leading a team of project managers and overseeing significant projects and budgets. Their extensive experience includes roles such as Associate Vice President of MRL Alliance Management and Strategic Operations, where they coordinated strategic efforts across the organization. Studney holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University, completed in 2002.
