Lorrie Howell is the Associate Director of Learning & Development at Merck, where they manage a team responsible for the development and implementation of training solutions across three diverse operational organizations. With a history of roles in both research and learning specialties, Lorrie previously served as a Senior Learning Specialist at Merck, where they developed leadership programs and new employee onboarding initiatives. Lorrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, along with a diploma in Training and Development from Langevin Learning Services and is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Analytical Chemistry from the University of Georgia.
