Lauren Fletcher has extensive experience in laboratory management and operations, currently serving as Lab Manager at Merck since October 2022. Previously, Lauren held the position of Asset Onboarding Steward at PerkinElmer, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2022, and worked as a Clinical Laboratory Associate at uBiome from September 2018 to January 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Laboratory Assistant at Quest Diagnostics from October 2017 to August 2018 and a position as Laboratory Assistant - Flow Cytometry at Q² Solutions from November 2016 to March 2017. Lauren began a career in laboratory work as a SULI Intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from January 2016 to May 2016. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from San Francisco State University, completing studies from 2009 to 2015.
