Ibrahim Diakite is a Principal Scientist and Health Economist at Merck, where they apply their expertise in mathematics and statistics to address real-world public health challenges. They obtained their Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013, focusing on dynamical systems and their implications for HIV. Ibrahim has previously held positions as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, conducting research in mathematical epidemiology, and as an Associate Scientist at Pharmerit International. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science in Biostatistics from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
