Dionne Thomas is an Associate Principal Scientist and Associate Director in Global Oncology, specializing in adult and pediatric oncology research and clinical trials, with a particular emphasis on colon, pancreatic, lung, and neuro-oncology cancers. Their experience includes extensive project management in global oncology clinical operations across multiple prestigious organizations, including Merck and AstraZeneca. Dionne previously worked as a Clinical Research Associate at The Hospital for Sick Children, managing pediatric oncology trials, and contributed to various aspects of clinical research at institutions such as Cancer Care Ontario and Mount Sinai Hospital. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Biochemistry and Human Biology at the University of Toronto while also being a certified clinical research professional.
