Currently, they serve as the Global Talent Management Director at Merck and an instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies. With over 20 years of experience in talent management, coaching, and psychological assessment, they authored the book "Switchers: How Smart Professionals Change Careers and Seize Success” and have hosted the SiriusXM program "Dr. Dawn on Careers." Dawn holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and has contributed to various organizations, including KPMG and Korn Ferry.
