Amber Sumrall is an experienced professional in the field of marketing and communications, currently serving as Field Execution Lead at Merck since January 2022, where the focus lies on Vaccine Confidence and Health Equity. Prior roles at Merck include Senior Vaccine Customer Representative, recognized with the 2024 DEI Award for the Southeast Region, and Vaccine Customer Representative, awarded the 2023 Strong Innovator + Early Adapter and Omnichannel Awards. Prior to joining Merck, Amber held various positions, including Marketing Communications Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager at The University of Southern Mississippi, Voter Education & Outreach Specialist at Fulton County Government, Sales & Leasing Agent at ECI Property Management, Public Relations Assistant at Hattiesburg Convention Commission, and Visual Merchandiser at Bloomingdale's. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, along with an Associate of Arts in Marketing Management from Jones College.
