Rainbow Poon has over 20 years of experience in clinical research and drug development across various roles in leading organizations. Currently, Rainbow serves as the Senior Director and Head of the Global Clinical Delivery Unit - Oncology at Merck Group, a position held since 2023. Previously, Rainbow held multiple senior director roles at Merck Group focused on clinical operations and development in China and oncology trial management. Rainbow's earlier career included positions at Covance, Novartis, and PAREXEL, where they excelled in project management and clinical operations across global markets. Rainbow holds a Master of Philosophy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Upper Iowa University.
