Susan Meyer serves as the Chief People Officer at Mercer since May 2021, leading HR initiatives for the Global Wealth and Global Career Practices and collaborating closely with the Presidents of Mercer's Health, Wealth, and Career divisions. Previously, Susan held key roles at Marsh McLennan from April 2013 to April 2021, including Director of Global Talent Management COE, where enterprise-wide solutions were designed for a global workforce. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions in talent management and global HR operations at Avon Products, Inc., and Reed Smith LLP, as well as consulting roles at A.T. Kearney and Arthur Andersen. Susan earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Management from Florida International University.
