Guenter Schmidt is a Global Client Relationship Manager with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector. Currently, Schmidt serves as a Partner at Mercer, where they manage relationships with multinational key clients, including some DAX 30 companies, overseeing all of Mercer's services. Prior to this role, Schmidt was the Head of Retirement Business in Stuttgart at Aon Hewitt, leading actuarial and retirement consulting projects. Schmidt began their career at HypoVereinsbank Group, serving as both Consultant and Senior Consultant. Schmidt holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich and is a qualified actuary through the German Association of Actuaries.
