Van Vuong has over 15 years of experience in customer service and training, most recently serving as General Manager for Customer Services at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. Previously, Van held various leadership roles, including Global Customer Solution Manager at DHL Express and General Manager at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam. Van earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City and completed a C-Management program through Mercedes-Benz Global Training.
