Jan Ertmann Duffy possesses extensive experience in human resources and program management across various organizations. Notable positions include HR Business Partner and Leadership Development Consultant at Novo Nordisk, HR Director at FLSmidth A/S and Chr. Hansen, and Manager of Competence Development at Alfa Laval. With a background in civil service within the Danish Ministry of Labour, Jan has held multiple roles including Head of Section of the European Social Fund Section. Currently, Jan serves as the Head of Human Resources at Menzies Aviation. Academic qualifications encompass a Master in Economic Science from the University of Copenhagen and participation in the Executive Management Program at CEDEP/INSEAD. Additionally, Jan co-founded HOP - House of Penguins and has contributed to various training programs throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
