Liz Lu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, user experience design, and research. Significant roles include serving as an Organizational Development Consultant at Teachers College, Columbia University, where collaboration with Hoboken Charter School's leadership team resulted in a change management plan. While at Columbia Engineering, Liz managed graduate student engagement and developed course registration technologies. As a UX Designer at Keru ¿ÎÈå, a website redesign led to improved conversion rates, and leadership in a student team focused on marketing optimization for a non-profit organization. Previous experience includes positions as a Business Development Associate at MenuSifu and a Research Assistant at UC Irvine¡¯s School of Social Ecology. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
