James Prietto is a seasoned Belonging Architect and DEI Program Manager with a strong background in promoting diversity and equity in educational settings. With over ten years of experience, James has effectively decreased suspension disproportionality among special education students and enhanced African-American student demographics. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Admissions at Menlo School and previously as the Diversity Program Manager at Stanford University School of Medicine, James continues to drive mentorship and programming initiatives for underrepresented groups. James holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
