Jennifer Sink is the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Memphis Light, Gas and Water, the nation’s largest municipal utility company. They served as the Chief Legal Officer for the City of Memphis from 2016 to 2023, managing all legal matters for the city and overseeing a division with over 60 employees. Prior to this role, they were a Shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, focusing on healthcare litigation from 2003 to 2015. Jennifer is currently pursuing a B.S. in Political Science at Florida State University while also studying law at Southern Illinois University School of Law.
