Grace Morrissey currently serves as the Manager for the Office of Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Grace was the Head of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Taskforce at Edison Energy, where significant contributions included establishing the company’s first employee resource groups and developing DEI trainings and initiatives. Grace has also held roles as Manager in Advisory, where notable achievements included winning the company-wide 2021 ‘Valudictorian’ Award, and as a Senior Analyst with a focus on renewables advisory for higher education clients. Earlier experience includes an analyst role at Altenex, an internship with Barry Gardiner MP at the House of Commons, and various positions during academic years at Marywood University. Grace holds a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from The London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside other educational qualifications in philosophy and international relations.
