Cara Riseborough is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and training, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA and previously as the Talent & Training Director for the UKI at Meltwater. Cara has a background in mental health services, having worked as a Therapy Assistant in the Dangerous and Severe Personality Disorder Directorate at Broadmoor Hospital and as a Support Time Recovery Worker at Arreton House, part of the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and completed education at City College Norwich from 2001 to 2005.
